If you’re needing an easy and festive treat this Halloween season, let these be it!!

All you’ll need:
• Rice Krispie either homemade or store bought
• White chocolate
• Edible eyeball sprinkles
• Ziplock bag
• Parchment paper

Drizzle on the melted white chocolate on each Rice Krispie treat and stick on those eyeballs! Let it cool and set and enjoy!!

Tie them up in baggies or serve on a platter for easy spooky fun!

October screams Chili to me! If you want to shake up the norm make my famous white chicken chili!! It’s made with so many wonderful ingredients, plus extra touches of citrus for more flavor!

Here’s what’s in it!

2 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup diced white onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 jalapeno, seeds removed and diced
4 cups chicken broth
4 chicken breasts
15 ounce can great northern beans
4 ounce can mild green chilis
12 ounce package frozen corn
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
One teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
2 limes, juiced
8 ounce block cream cheese
