October screams Chili to me! If you want to shake up the norm make my famous white chicken chili!! It’s made with so many wonderful ingredients, plus extra touches of citrus for more flavor!

Here’s what’s in it!

2 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup diced white onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 jalapeno, seeds removed and diced
4 cups chicken broth
4 chicken breasts
15 ounce can great northern beans
4 ounce can mild green chilis
12 ounce package frozen corn
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
One teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
2 limes, juiced
8 ounce block cream cheese
