A tip about Fried Rice
Day-old cooked rice works best for fried rice! You can cook your rice in your instant pot.
The ratio is 1:1 water and rice and it cooks for 10 minutes for white rice and 24 minutes for brown.
There is a rice button on the instant pot but I still prefer to use the manual button when I am cooking my rice in the pot.
You can tweak this recipe to fit your needs! I would say you could do chicken instead of ham, or even shrimp! You could also leave the meat out and use extra veggies for a vegetable fried rice.
