Instant Pot Pork Tenderloin Recipe
I love making pork tenderloin because it cooks up rather quickly, and it’s an inexpensive cut of meat. Typically when you purchase a pork tenderloin, the package comes with two tenderloins in one. I always cook both of them up because I find that easiest, and the cooking time remains the same for 1 or 2 tenderloins.
There are so many different ways to make a tasty tenderloin, I wanted to come up with a more holiday flavored recipe. Cranberries and oranges are both popular ingredients as well as decor this time of year, so I thought, why not!
The combination of the two, paired with a tender pork loin is like a match made in heaven!
Would you believe me if I told you a tenderloin cooks up in the Instant Pot in 10 minutes? I know!
I serve this dish up with my Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes and some Green Beans that you can also make in your instant pot! This is a dinner win!

Instant Pot Cranberry Orange Pork Tenderloin
The most delicious Instant Pot Cranberry Orange Pork Tenderloin! This instant pot pork tenderloin recipe is one to keep around!
Ingredients
- 2-3 pound pork tenderloin
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup orange juice
- 14 ounce can cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup Catalina dressing
- 1 orange, cut into slices
- 1/4 cup fresh cranberries, plus more to garnish
- 1 Tablespoon corn starch
- additional orange slices and fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Turn your Instant Pot on to saute and add in the butter.
- When the instant pot is hot, sear the outsides of the tenderloins until golden brown on the outsides, this will take about 3 minutes.
- Remove the tenderloins from the instant pot and place them on a plate nearby. Turn the saute function off.
- Add the orange juice to the instant pot. Place the trivet in the instant pot and place the tenderloins on the trivet.
- Season the tenderloins with salt and pepper, then add the cranberry sauce, Catalina dressing, sliced oranges, and fresh cranberries. Lock the lid, set the valve to seal, and set the cooking time by hitting MANUAL or PRESSURE COOK- HIGH, and set it to 10 minutes. The Instant Pot will display ON while it comes to pressure, and then it will count down from 10.
- When the timer sounds and the cook time is finished, quick release the pressure by turning the valve from sealing to venting. Test the tenderloin with a thermometer and make sure the internal temperature reads at least 145°F.
- Remove the tenderloin from the instant pot, along with the trivet and the orange peels. Turn the instant pot onto saute again, and add the cornstarch. Stir the sauce until it begins to boil and thicken and then serve over the sliced tenderloin. Enjoy!
