Cadbury Egg Crack
This Cadbury Egg Crack makes for the perfect Easter dessert! It's fun, easy to make, and comes together in only 15 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 package honey graham crackers
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped Cadbury mini eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place graham cracker sheets along the bottom of the pan.
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and brown sugar, whisk, and let it boil for a few minutes.
- Pour the caramel over the graham crackers spread out and bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips, and let it sit.
- Spread the chocolate over the graham crackers, sprinkle with chopped Cadbury mini eggs, and let it harden. Cut or crack into pieces and serve.
