- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 large yellow onion, diced
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 8 slices cheddar cheese

How to Make Cheeseburger Sliders
- Preheat oven to 350˚F. Grease a baking sheet.
- Place a large skillet over medium/high heat with olive oil. Add diced onion and ground beef, breaking up with a spatula—season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until just cooked through, then remove from heat.
- Cut the buns in half. Place the bottom half of the dinner rolls on a baking sheet and line the bread with sliced cheese. Spread the mayo on top of the cheese. You can make each component beforehand and assemble the sliders before baking. Cook the beef mixture hours or even a day ahead and refrigerate. Then, just put the sliders together and bake. This method will ensure that the sliders are not soggy!
