You can easily double this recipe to make more for your family! For every 1/2 cup of mix, make sure you’re adding 1/2 scoop of protein and an extra 1/4 cup milk. You can adjust the recipe as needed and add milk as needed.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Mix
- 1/2 scoop Vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 cup Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Toppings:
- Grass Fed Butter
- Walden Farms Syrup
- Fresh Fruit
- Reddi Whip
Instructions
- Preheat waffle iron.
- In a bowl, combine kodiak cakes, protein powder, almond milk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Spray waffle iron with cooking spray before adding the batter. This recipe serves one, but will give you two waffles.
- When the waffle is finished cooking, top with desired toppings.
