This recipe uses frozen dumplings and a few pantry and fridge staples, and is so easy to make! This is my new favorite way to prepare potstickers.

What You’ll Need To Make One-Pan Dumpling Bake
- 1 14-ounce can lite coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 3 Tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 14-20 frozen dumplings
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro for garnish
- ¼ cup sliced green onions for garnish
- 1-2 tablespoons chili crisp for garnish
- Optional Add: Add a handful of spinach to the sauce for added veggies.

How to Prepare This Viral Dumpling Bake
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a 9×9 baking dish, add coconut milk, curry paste, garlic, and teriyaki sauce. Whisk to combine until smooth.
- Arrange the frozen dumplings in the baking dish. Spoon some of the liquid over the top of each dumpling.
- Cover the dish tightly with a lid or foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dumplings are tender and cooked.
- Remove from the oven. Before serving, finish with chili crisp, green onions, and cilantro. Serve on its own or over rice.
