How to Make Zucchini Noodles
Wash and prepare zucchini by removing the ends. Slice each zucchini in half.
Place the noodle attachment onto the spiralizer. Hook half of the zucchini into the attachment and line up the core. Turn the kitchenaid on, and watch the attachment do all of the work!
Before serving, place zoodles in a skillet with a 1/2 cup of water and turn it to medium high heat. Place a lid over the skillet and allow the water to come to a boil, steaming the noodles. Steam for 4-5 minutes. Serve.
