Instant Pot Barbecue Ribs!
If you haven’t already jumped on the Instant Pot bandwagon, you need to! It’s life changing! I love my Instant Pot for so many reasons, but as of recent, I love to use it in the hot summer months!
You don’t want to turn on your oven in the summer, because it tends to heat up your entire house! With the Instant Pot, you don’t have to worry about having your oven on all day!
It does all the cooking, in half the time, all in the comfort of its own container! It’s the perfect way to cook in the summer months!

What You’ll Need for This Recipe
1 rack Baby Back Ribs
paprika
sugar
garlic salt
onion powder
1 can Coca Cola
Barbecue Sauce of Choice
How to Make Instant Pot Ribs
In a small bowl, whisk together the paprika, sugar, garlic salt, and onion powder.
Rub the dry rub over the ribs.
Place the wire rack in the bottom of the Instant Pot. Add a full can of regular Coca Cola. Next, add the ribs to the pot, bend the rack slightly into a half circle to fit them into the pot. (Make sure the bones and facing in).
Close lid and set the pot to cook for 25 minutes at high pressure.
When cooking time is up, allow pot to naturally release pressure for 10 minutes (L10:00). Then, quick-release the remain pressure.
Preheat oven to broil.
Remove ribs from pot and place on a lined, greased baking sheet. Brush the ribs with your favorite BBQ Sauce and place under the broiler until sauce is bubbly and starting to brown and caramelize– about 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve.
