Easy Shredded Chicken
Yields 6-8 servings
3-4 chicken breasts
1 bottle Olive Garden Italian Dressing
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
3 cloves garlic
In the Instant Pot:
1. Dump all ingredients into pot.
2.Lock on lid and set the valve to seal.
3. Manually set the timer & pressure for 24 minutes if frozen, 30 minutes if breasts are thawed.
4. When finished, quick release the pressure, drain excess liquid and shred. Reserve a small amount of juice to pour over chicken to keep it moist.
