This will be the second time I’ve ran this race, and it will be the second race I’ve ever ran in! I am in full on training mode now for this race!

What Protein Powder to Use
I love S’mores so much! I have a graham cracker flavored UMP protein powder from Beverly International that is delicious! It’s been a game changer for me because now I can make everything into S’mores!
I also love the Chocolate and the Vanilla flavors as well! It’s my favorite protein powder because it has the best overall flavor and it bakes really well!
You can order it on Amazon or head to https://beverlyinternational.com/products/ump/ .
I also love the Clean Simple Eats Protein Powders! Their S’more Protein Flavor works really well in this recipe!
No s’mores or graham cracker protein? No problem! Just use chocolate or vanilla, and add it a 1/4 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs!
Use a Food Processor or Blender
I use a food processor in this recipe because I don’t love the texture of the oats! This is an option step to blend all the dry ingredients together.
It makes the bites smooth and more like a cookie dough consistency!
If you like more of a bite, skip this step and just mix all the ingredients together at the same time!
