Cookies and Cream Pie
Who doesn’t love cookies and cream? I know I do!
For this year’s pie, I wanted to create a no-bake pie using Oreo cookies. That is how this cookies and cream pie was born.
For this recipe, you’ll need a total of 36 Oreo cookies. A regular 14.3-ounce pack of Oreos from the grocery store will have enough to make this recipe.
An Easy No-Bake Pie
Oven space is precious during the holidays. If I can save my oven space and make some side dishes and desserts another way, I am all for it!
This no-bake pie is the perfect solution! This Cookies & Cream Pie is a crowd favorite year after year!
The base of the pie is made with crushed Oreo cookies and butter! You can purchase a pre-made Oreo crust to save on time and make this recipe a full no-bake recipe!
Salted Caramel Sauce
I wanted to up the flavorful profile of this recipe and give it a little more dimension. I thought, what better flavor to add than a little bit of salted caramel!
Caramel and Oreo pair so well together and really the addition of caramel makes this recipe over the top delicious.

Salted Caramel Oreo Pie
Delicious no-bake cookies & cream pie with caramel sauce! A crowd favorite for the holiday season.
Ingredients
- 24 whole Oreos
- 5 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounce block cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 oreos, chopped
Additional Toppings
- Salted Caramel Sauce
- Whipping Cream
Instructions
- Preheat to 350°F.
- In a food processor or blender, pulse the whole Oreos (cream filling and cookie) into a fine crumb. Stir the Oreo crumbs and melted butter together. Press tightly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool as you prepare the filling.
- Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the cold heavy cream into stiff peaks on medium-high speed, about 4 minutes. Set aside.
- Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a whisk or paddle attachment beat the cream cheese on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat on medium-high speed until combined. Make sure there are no large lumps of cream cheese. If there are lumps, keep beating until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream and chopped Oreos into the cream cheese mixture until combined. Combine slowly so you don't deflate all the air in the whipped cream.
- Spread filling into cooled crust. Use an offset spatula to smooth down the top.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 6 hours and up to 2 days.
- Prepare the Salted Caramel Sauce.
- Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and top with additional whipping cream
Notes
You can make the homemade salted caramel sauce ahead of time to drizzle this pie before serving.
