These peanut butter cookies turn out very soft and chewy, but really they just melt in to your mouth. They are a real treat!
This recipe could not be easier. Only three ingredients and a mixing bowl is all you need to make a batch or two.

What You’ll Need
All you need for this cookie recipe are the following:
Creamy or Crunchy Peanut Butter
Large Eggs
Granulated White Sugar
These are staples in my house that I always have on hand. I could make these cookies up any day in about 20 minutes tops. The longest part would be waiting for the oven to preheat.
Air Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies
If you don’t want to wait for the oven to preheat, or maybe you don’t want to turn it on, you can also cook these up in your air fryer!
Simply heat the air fryer to 360°F.
Place 4 of the cookie dough balls in the air fryer on a piece of parchment paper and bake for 8 minutes.
That’s it, done! So easy to make!
