Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
- 3 medium bananas, mashed (1 cup)
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
This recipe makes precisely twelve regular sized muffins! It’s the perfect amount for a dozen delicious bites.
You can top each muffin with additional chocolate chips to finish them well!

How to Make These Muffins
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- To a bowl, mash the bananas down. Stir in the butter, egg, and vanilla.
- Whisk in the sugar until well combined.
- Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Portion the batter into 12 baking cups. Bake in the oven for 17-20 minutes until golden brown.
