What is a Blondie?
A blondie is essentially a white brownie.
It has all the soft, fudgy features of a brownie without adding cocoa powder.
Instead, you are met with a perfectly sweet, delicious blondie brownie!
I added white chocolate chips and chopped Biscoff cookies to this recipe for another flavor element. Other delicious add-ins would be toffee pieces, chocolate chips, or even nuts!

A Swift-Inspired Recipe
I first devised this recipe for The Big Game this past weekend. Taylor was in attendance, and I wanted to make a recipe in her honor!
Therefore, these “Blondies” were developed specifically for our girl, Blondie!
But you don’t have to be a Swiftie to enjoy these delicious treats! Anyone can make them anytime and enjoy them the same way!
