Use those last garden or farmers market tomatoes that are still fresh, juicy, and sweet to make an Italian restaurant-style appetizer. Burrata also makes a perfect side dish that everyone will love! This is the best Burrata Bruschetta Dip. You know how much I love burrata, so I’m happy I have a new way to enjoy it. The best part is how easy it is! Make it with me.
Give It A Halloween Twist
BOO-rata Dip. I had to. I just had to.
I recently turned the burrata ball into a ghost shape in the dish and had to photograph it because it turned out so perfectly for my Halloween party!
I used olives for the eyes and mouth, and I can say, “Wow! It’s so cute!”
Not only was it festive and fun, but it also turned out delicious, which is a double win in my book.
Burrata Bruschetta Dip

Plus, if you have guests coming over last minute, you can throw this together in a pinch!
