What Are Butter Toffee Pretzels
These are my new favorite holiday treats! They are salty pretzels covered in a homemade caramel sauce with toffee bits, baked to a crisp perfection.
These are classified in my book as a “Christmas crack” recipe because they have a sugar coating and are ridiculously addicting!

Here’s What You’ll Need To Make Them
- 1 (16 oz) bag Mini Pretzels
- One cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- One bag of Heath Toffee Bits

How To Make Them
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Pour mini pretzels into a large bowl and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, add brown sugar and cubed butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Remove from stovetop and whisk in vanilla.
- Pour hot toffee mixture over the pretzels and toss to coat evenly. Pour half the bag of toffee bits over the pretzels and toss again to coat evenly.
- Spread pretzels onto the prepared baking sheet and distribute pretzels around evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
- Once baked, remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining half bag of toffee bits over the pretzels immediately.
- Allow pretzels to set and cool. Once set and cooled, break into small clusters.

Had extra pretzels from gingerbread house making and decided to make these! So so good! I should have doubled the recipe because my family went through these in a couple of minutes. So so good! The toffee bits make it extra yummy!
