Who doesn’t love a classic pretzel button? I know I do! The best part is that this recipe has only three ingredients!
The square pretzel, topped with a Rolo and finished with a little extra something, is a timeless recipe. I love that you can make them year-round and swap out the topping to fit each holiday.
For Easter? We had to go for Cadbury Pretzel Buttons! The mini Cadbury eggs are the perfect topping for these buttons!
But feel free to swap out the candy on the top to fit other holiday’s too!

Cadbury Pretzel Buttons
These Cadbury Pretzel Buttons are the perfect Easter treat! Crunchy & salty from the pretzel, sweet from the Rolo, & chocolatey from the egg!
Ingredients
- Square Pretzels
- Rolos
- Mini Cadbury Chocolate Eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- Unwrap the Rolos & set them aside
- On a baking sheet, lay out your pretzel squares in evenly spaced-rows
- Top each pretzel with an unwrapped Rolo. Once all pretzels have been topped, put the baking sheet into the oven for five minutes.
- Let cool for 1-2 minutes.
- Gently push one mini Cadbury chocolate egg onto the top of each Rolo.
- Refrigerate for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden quickly. Enjoy!
