What You’ll Need to Make Caesar Pasta Salad
- 1 pound of pasta of choice- I used fusilli
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella pearls
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves torn
- 2 cups Caesar Salad dressing of choice (homemade or store-bought)

How To Make Caesar Pasta Salad
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Boil the pasta to al dente, according to package directions. Drain.
- Toss the hot pasta with one lemon juice and allow it to cool down.
- Mix in the lettuce, tomatoes, cheeses, fresh basil, dressing, and toss to combine.
I prefer this salad served chilled. Please place it in the fridge for an hour before serving. If making a day in advance, leave the romaine until just before serving, and you may need to add extra dressing as well.

Optional Add-ins
Optional add-ins include croutons, bacon, chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, or other protein.
This salad is a great make-ahead dish. It pairs well with any cooked proteins on the side or mixed in the dish to make it more of a meal.
Feel free to get creative with this dish and add any of your favorite Caesar salad elements!
