Appetizer Cups
We served these most recently at a backyard wedding and it was such a delicious snack between the ceremony and the reception!
We chose to serve them up in cups with a cracker for them to be easy to eat. However, you could definitely skewer the tomatoes and cheese after it’s been tossed in the sauces if you wanted to serve them up on a stick.
Either way, this makes for cute and fun party food!
