My favorite blogger, A Bountiful Kitchen, posted the most brilliant cookie recipe on her blog a few weeks back. She took the traditional holiday ginger snap cookie, and added a festive twists to it by dipping it in white chocolate. I decided I had to try out this new recipe! The cookie is to die for!
