One of my favorite salads ever is a classic Chinese Chicken Salad! This chinese chicken salad with ginger sesame dressing is seriously so good! It’s a sweet, tangy and bright salad that everybody loves! It’s made with romaine lettuce and spring mix, bell peppers, bok choy, cucumbers, carrots, chicken, wonton strips, mandarine oranges and it’s topped with a homemade ginger sesame dressing. Seriously, this recipe is perfect for a quick lunch, an easy dinner, or as a salad to share! Make it with me!
Chinese Chicken Salad
Whenever I am out at a Chinese restaurant, I love ordering the classic chicken salad. But, it’s always $15+ and they always skimp on the chicken!
Making this recipe at home is so much better!
Best of all, this homemade version is so easy and much healthier than the restaurant. You can also add more vegetables to your liking, or omit as needed to fit your taste buds.
Either way, you’ll thank me later, because this recipe is better than any restaurant salad!
