What You’ll Need to Make Crock Pot Nacho Chicken Dip
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded (rotisserie chicken, canned chicken, or even cooked ground beef works too)
- 14-ounce can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 16-ounce block of Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 8-ounce block of cream cheese, cubed
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
How to Make Crock Pot Nacho Chicken Dip
- Place everything in a crockpot and cook on high for 1-2 hours. Mix well to combine.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips.
You could also make this recipe on the stovetop by placing everything in a large pot and melting it in a low heat setting, stirring often so the bottom doesn’t burn.
You could also bake it in a baking dish at 300 degrees for around 30 minutes until melty.

Crock Pot Nacho Chicken Dip

The easiest and yummiest Crockpot Nacho Chicken Dip.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded (rotisserie works too)
- 14 ounce can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 16 ounce block Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 8 ounce block cream cheese, cubed
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
- Place everything in a crockpot and cook on high for 1-2 hours. Mix well and make sure everything is combined.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips.
Notes
*You could also use cooked ground beef in this recipe in place of chicken
