Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe
This is my favorite spinach and artichoke dip! I actually made it one day on a whim because I had made some artichokes in my instant pot, and wanted to use the hearts in another recipe!
Thus was born, this dip!
I loved it! I especially loved the flavor of using fresh artichoke hearts rather than canned. Don’t get me wrong, you can make this recipe with canned artichokes. But the flavor of the fresh one was insanely delicious!

Spread this homemade spinach artichoke dip on toasted bread or crackers or include it on a charcuterie board. Either way, this recipe with be finished quickly.
What You’ll Need
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
- 6 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 7 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 clove of fresh garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- tortilla chips and/or crackers, for serving

Easy Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip
You will love this easy-baked spinach and artichoke dip! It's creamy, flavorful, delicious, and a crowd-pleasing recipe!
Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
- 6 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed the water out
- 7 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- tortilla chips and/or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease an 8x8 or smaller baking dish.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake dip for 30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with chips and crackers of choice.
Notes
*Feel free to double this recipe and bake in a 9x13 dish to feed a larger crowd!
