Easy Greek Grilled Chicken
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1-3 pounds chicken breasts or thighs

How To Make Easy Greek Grilled Chicken
- Mix everything in a bowl until combined.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken and marinate in the fridge until ready to cook—minimum time one hour, max 6 hours.
- Smoke or grill the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Enjoy!

How To Smoke Or Grill This Chicken
My favorite method for preparing chicken is to smoke it low and slow. Over the years, I have found that 250 degrees on a low smoke setting for an hour to ninety minutes is key! I like that it remains juicy and doesn’t dry out!
If you are grilling this recipe, heat it to around 350 degrees and cook it on each side for 8-10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
You could also easily pan-fry this recipe. If doing so, I would pound the chicken flat before marinating it, that way you can ensure that it cooks quickly!
Store the cooked chicken in the fridge for up to 5 days. It’s the perfect meal prep!
