This is the easiest and most delicious fresh mango salsa! It’s made with fresh mangoes, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime. It’s a no-fuss, fresh, flavorful homemade salsa. I love dicing everything up into the same-sized cubes so that each bite has a mix of everything. It’s perfect served with chips or even over meat or fish as a topping. Make it with me!

I use a cup to slide each half of the mango out and away from the skin. It’s pretty neat when you learn how to do it. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
