How To Make Frozen Protein S’mores
- 18 sheets of graham crackers
- 1 8-ounce container of light Cool Whip
- 2 scoops toasted marshmallow protein powder from Clean Simple Eats*
- 20 Hershey’s chocolate squares
How to Build Frozen Protein S’mores Bars
- Start by lining an 8×8 square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Add one layer of graham crackers to the bottom of the baking dish, ensuring that the bottom is as covered as possible.
- Prepare the filling by mixing the Cool Whip and protein powder in a large bowl until smooth and creamy, with no protein powder clumps remaining. Pour the Cool Whip mixture over the graham crackers.
- Place two Hershey’s chocolate squares on the Cool Whip in the center where you’ll cut the s’mores apart later. This technique makes it easier to cut. Repeat with each spot.
- Then, place the graham crackers on top of the chocolate layer, gently pressing them down until all the layers are sandwiched together.
- Transfer the s’mores to the freezer for at least one hour until the layers are frozen and set.
- Once they’re done, remove them from the freezer, slice into squares, and enjoy.
