Next, blend your whole strawberries until smooth and set aside.
Next, whip the whipping cream until soft peaks are formed and set aside.
Beat together the cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar until creamy and smooth. Then, beat in the blended strawberries.
Next, beat in the whipping cream until smooth, then fold in the diced strawberries.
Pour that layer on top of the crust, then top with the remaining crumbs.
Cover with foil and set in the freezer to set overnight.
No-Bake Dessert
I love making no bake desserts in the spring and summertime because I don’t have to turn on my oven and heat up my house. I can still make a delicious, and crowd pleasing recipe without the heat!
This frozen strawberry dessert is seriously so yummy! The strawberry center is creamy, sweet, and light. The cinnamon crust and topping is crunchy and wonderful.
This recipe is one of my new favorites!
For best results, use fresh strawberries. You’ll need enough to have a few cups of whole strawberries to blend for flavor and another few cups to dice up to add to the center to give it texture.
