How to Make these Gimme S’more Brownies
In a food processor, add 1 box of graham crackers and pulse them until you get a fine powder of crumbs. Mix in 1/2 cup of melted butter. Spread evenly in a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Press down firmly forming a crust.
Preheat oven to 350. Add all the brownie ingredients to a stand mixer. Beat on medium speed for about 3 minutes, allowing all of the ingredients to incorporate, the batter will be thick. Next, pour the batter over the layer of graham cracker crust. Bake 25-30 minutes. While the brownies are baking, prepare frosting.
How to Make the Frosting
Boil together butter, cocoa, milk, and vanilla. Remove from heat and add in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, until you have reached the desired consistency.
When brownies are finished, remove them from oven and turn your oven to broil. Pour frosting over hot brownies. To get the toasty marshmallow topping, top with small marshmallows and place in the oven for 1 minute. Don’t go far because the marshmallows will brown quickly. Remove from oven, cut, and serve!
