I have made this recipe even better for Halloween by adding some floating edible EYEBALLS to the mix to give it a spooky touch!! This punch is perfect for your next party! Halloween Punch
This punch is so yummy and it is excellent for all your party needs! It is fizzy from the soda pop and fruity from the cranberry juice! This recipe is so so so simple too! It’s one part cranberry juice to two parts ginger-ale!
Floating Eyeballs!
To make this recipe have a Halloween edge, I have added some floating, edible BLUE EYEBALLS. How spooky is that? The eyeballs are made out of Lychees and Blueberries. Lychees are a super fun, different canned fruit that looks like the white part of an eyeball. I stuff the center of each Lychee with a blueberry to make its pupil. I found my Lychees at the Asian Market in Salt Lake on State Street. Little tip, I also found that you can order them on Amazon.

Ginger Berry Punch
Yields 30 Servings
2 liters Ginger-Ale
1-liter Cranberry Juice
A can Lychees
1 3 ounce container of blueberries
Dry Ice
In a punch bowl, combine ginger-ale with cranberry juice.
Stuff each Lychee center with a blueberry and add to punch.
Finish with a block of dry ice. Enjoy!
