Total trial recipe tonight to shake things up. Gluten free brownies! Definitely different! I can’t say it’s my favorite thing I’ve made, but it’s a nice substitute if needed! Sometimes it is nice to try something new in your life and a gluten free diet is something I’m trying to incorporate!
These brownies taste great! It’s a simple 5 ingredient recipe that calls for bananas, coco powder, protein powder, vanilla, and nut butter! The texture is different and would definitely take some getting used to if it was a change you wanted to make but the brownie flavor is there! Try it and see how you feel!
Gluten free brownies
-3 bananas
-1/4 c & 2 T coco powder
-1-2 scoops of protein powder
-1 t vanilla
-1/2 melted nut butter
Preheat oven to 350. Melt nut butter of choice in microwave. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or in a food processor. Fill into a greased small pan and cook for 15-20 minutes
*better the second day after a night in the fridge
