These Grilled Beef Skewers are bursting with flavor! This recipe is one of my new favorites! Made with tender, marinated beef, delicious grilled veggies. Then, the kabobs are dipped in a flavorful tzatziki sauce that is oh so delicious! It’s the perfect summer meal! Make it with me!
What are Grilled Beef Skewers?
These grilled beef skewers are such a fun meal! You can serve them on the kabobs, with a side of rice or quinoa, or inside of a pita! I’ve also included both grilling and baking instructions so you can make this recipe year round!
What is Tzatziki sauce?
Tzatziki Sauce is a greek, yogurt based sauce that is so creamy, flavorful and delicious. It pairs so well with the grilled beef and the veggies!! You don’t have to make up the sauce, the meat is flavorful enough on it’s own, but it makes a great addition to the meal!
How to make perfect Skewers every single time!
A little tip when grilling or baking the kabobs, if you are using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling!
Soaking the skewers will prevent them from starting on fire and breaking. You don’t want the wood to burn, so this is a great extra step to take during your recipe prep!
