Bagel Breakfast Sandwhich
I would make this Ham Egg & Cheese Bagel Sandwich everyday if I always had the ingredients on hand. It’s seriously my favorite way to start the day!
They say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I believe it! On the days that I don’t get a good breakfast, I feel that I am tired, hungry, and less happy through the day.
I promise this bagel sandwich will make your morning and your day brighter!
Hot or Cold Breakfast?
Do you prefer a hot or a cold breakfast? I’m a hot breakfast lover through and through! Pancakes, oatmeal, eggs, and waffles are my favorite!
This sandwich definitely falls under the hot breakfast category. But, the thing I love about it is that you can make it ahead of time!
You can make the sandwich and wrap it in foil and store it in the fridge until you’re ready to heat it up. Or, you can make it and take it on the go in some foil for those busy mornings!
What You’ll Need for this Breakfast Sandwich
1 Everything Bagel
1 egg
1/4 cup avocado
A slice deli ham
1 slice of cheese, any flavor
1 laughing cow cheese wedge

Ham Egg & Cheese Bagel Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 everything bagel
- 1 egg
- 1 slice deli ham
- 1 slice of cheese
- 1/4 cup avocado, mashed
- 1 laughing cow cheese wedge
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick frying pan to medium heat and crack the egg in the pan. Break the yoke and cook each side for an over hard egg.
- On the same frying pan, place the ham in the pan to heat through both sides.
- Turn the heat off but leave the ham in the pan. Place the cooked egg on top of the ham, then top the egg with the slice of cheese to allow it to melt.
- Meanwhile, toast the bagel.
- When the bagel is toasted, spread the laughing cow cheese wedge on both sides. On the bottom slice of the bagel, place the egg, ham, and cheese. Top with mashed avocado and then place the top of the bagel on.
- Enjoy immediately or wrap in tin foil to keep it warm for an easy, on-the-go breakfast.
Notes
*Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges can be purchased in the cheese section of most grocery stores. For this recipe, I like the flavor creamy light or garlic and herb.
