Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring! I love taking classic recipes, and turning them into a healthy, protein packed treat. If you like chocolate you’re going to love our healthy chocolate muffins! They’re sweetened with mashed banana and made with chocolate chips and cocoa powder to make them extra chocolatey and delicious. Make it with me!
These muffins are double chocolatey! They are made using cocoa powder and chocolate chips! I sweeten this recipe with bananas, maple syrup, and coconut sugar. You can also choose to add a scoop of your favorite protein powder to the muffin batter for an extra protein boost!
I like to bake these muffins straight in the tin. You are welcome to use muffin liners if you would like! Just make sure to grease the pan and the muffin tins if you choose. My favorite cooking spray is the Kirkland brand from Costco!
