This homemade Honey Sesame Chicken is better than takeout! It has a few simple ingredients, and it comes together in under 30 minutes! It’s sweet, savory, and delicious! It’s the perfect meal for an easy weeknight dinner, and you may even have all the ingredients on hand! I make this dish in the Instant Pot for quick cooking and cleanup! Make it with me!
Instant Pot Honey Sesame Chicken
I love using the Instant Pot for recipes like this because it makes it a one-pot recipe! I can saute my chicken in the pot, then combine all the ingredients and cook it all the way through!
Once cooked, I can thicken up my sauce and then I am ready to serve!
You can cook this on your stovetop in a large pot, rather than the instant pot! Simply simmer the chicken in the honey sesame sauce until the chicken is cooked through.
This dish pairs so well with rice and broccoli! I also love it with edamame, green beans, and stir-fry noodles as well!
It’s the perfect chicken with honey and sesame and you’re going to love it.
