With the holidays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, right around the corner, everyone is looking for recipes to try out to bring to their table! This year, I am bringing to my table this delicious Instant Pot Creamed Corn! This isn’t your typical canned creamed corn, that becomes more of a soupy mix. I like this recipe because it is made with frozen corn, and the Instant Pot does all the work for you! No stirring is required! Super quick, easy, and yummy!

Instant Pot Creamed Corn
Instant Pot Creamed Corn is yummy because the corn kernels are still firm! They still have a little bit of a bite to them, rather unlike in some recipes where it become mushy and gross.
Truthfully, I love making this recipe in my Instant Pot because I don’t have to watch it on the stove. I set everything in the pot and let it be!
A great addition to this recipe if you wanted to add more flavor would be adding bacon bits, jalapenos, or chives! However, for a picky crowd, I recommend keeping this recipe simple!
