How long will homemade granola last?
This gluten-free granola can be stored in a closed container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
Similarly, it can also be stored in a closed container on the counter at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
However, make sure to let the granola cool COMPLETELY before storing it in a sealed container. Otherwise, it will get soft and will not keep as long.
What can I eat with Maple Almond Granola?
My favorite way to enjoy homemade granola is in a bowl of yogurt piled high with fresh fruit! Peaches and apples are in season right now, and they are delicious with this recipe!
I also love eating this granola as a cereal, in a bowl of vanilla almond milk!
You can also use this inside of your pancake batter to make delicious granola pancakes. These are the best!!
