Mini Quiche Crust
I wanted this recipe to be as simple and approachable as possible! That is why I opted to use a store-bought pie crust as the crust of the quiche.
It cuts down the prep time a ton and works so well to cut into your desired sizes and fill with the egg mixture.
If you want to make your crust from scratch, go right ahead! It’s easy to do so; it simply adds a few extra steps!
