Peach Cream Pie
If you know me, you know that warm fruit is my least favorite thing. I don’t hate it, but it is not my thing. However, I love a delicious peach dessert during peak produce season!
Peaches and cream are such complimentary pairings, and I knew I wanted to make a dessert with both. I dreamt up this cold, creamy peach pie with a cookie crust and had to bring it to life!
I wanted this dessert to feel simple and approachable, and I believe I nailed it. Let’s make it!

What You’ll Need to Make No-Bake Peach Cream Pie
For the Cookie Crust
- 32 Biscoff cookies
- 5 Tablespoons melted butter
For the Creamy Peach Layer
- 6-8 ripe peaches
- 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
- One lemon, juiced
For the Whipped Topping
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 heaping teaspoon vanilla bean extract

How to Make Fresh Peach Pie
- Prepare the Biscoff cookie pie crust.
- Peel and slice peaches. Fill into the pie crust until the peaches are about level with the top.
- Whisk sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice together in a bowl. Pour over peaches.
- Combine whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a stand mixer bowl. Beat on medium-high until medium peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the peach mixture. Chill for at least one hour. Best served within a few hours.

No-Bake Peach Cream Pie

This no-bake peach cream pie has fresh peaches, a biscoff cookie crust, and an easy cream pie filling. It's the perfect transition recipe to Fall.
Ingredients
- 32 Biscoff Cookies
- 5 Tablespoons melted butter
Peach Cream Filling
- 6-8 ripe peaches
- 14-ounce can sweetend condensed milk
- 1 lemon, juiced
Whipping Cream
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Prepare the Biscoff cookie pie crust by crushing the cookies, stirring with the butter, and pressing it into a pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool completely.
- Peel and slice peaches. Fill into the pie crust until the peaches are about level with the top.
- Whisk sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice together in a bowl. Pour over peaches.
- Combine whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a stand mixer bowl. Beat on medium-high until stiff peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the peach mixture. Chill for at least one hour. It is best served within a few hours.

You may also use a store-bought pie crust to keep this recipe truly no-bake.
