I love making this shake because I have quite the sweet tooth! Most nights, at the end of a busy day, I am craving a treat! This Oatmeal Cookie shake hits the spot! I love making it with chocolate and vanilla protein! Both are delicious. I also love it because it’s macro friendly! For instance, this shake has only 350 calories, with 30 grams of protein!
My next tip is that I always serve it in a cold tumbler! I love that it makes it feel like a decedent milk shake and I always have one on hand.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 serving Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/3 cup old fashion oats
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 10 grams raisins
- 2 teaspoons almond butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender. Blend on high until smooth!
