What ingredients do I need to make one bowl brownies?
If you are someone who bakes regularly, you may already have all these ingredients on hand! I wanted to keep this recipe simple!
What you’ll need:
Flour
Granulated Sugar
Brown Sugar
Cocoa Powder
Salt
Butter
Eggs
Vanilla Extract
Chocolate Chips
Tips for making the Best Brownies!
- Don’t over mix your batter! I actually prefer to make these brownies in a bowl by hand with a spoon. You want them to have a nice chewy texture.
- Don’t over bake! Over baked brownies are never fun. Be sure that the tops are crackly and firm, but the center is still a little soft. They will continue cooking on your counter.
- Cool for a few minutes before cutting. If you want these brownies to hold their shape, allow them to cool for a least 5 minutes before cutting into them.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream 🙂

Alex do you have a good recipe for banana bread and or zucchini bread that you could give me. I have moved to Salt Lake from California and my previous recipes just aren’t working. My grandchildren are requesting them. If you would be willing to share with me I would appreciate it very much.
Thank you
