- Cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper

This breakfast sandwich is made so quickly thanks to the microwave! No more waiting for the pan to heat up and the eggs to cook.
By the time your English muffin is toasted, your ham, eggs, and cheese will be ready to build your sandwich!

How to Make A Breakfast Sandwich in 60 Seconds
- Toast your English muffin in the toaster.
- Place half a tablespoon of butter in a glass bowl and microwave it for 10 seconds.
- Then crack one egg in the bowl, season with salt and pepper, and whisk it with a fork. Microwave it for 30 seconds.
- Place the ham on the cooked egg, and the cheese on top of the ham and microwave it one more time for 15 seconds to melt the cheese.
- Place the cooked filling on the toasted English muffin and enjoy!

- 1 english muffin
- 1/2 Tablespoon butter
- 1 egg
- 1 slice Canadian bacon*
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Toast your English muffin in the toaster.
- Place half a tablespoon of butter in a glass bowl and microwave it for 10 seconds.
- Then crack one egg in the bowl, season with salt and pepper, and whisk it with a fork. Microwave it for 30 seconds.
- Place the Canadian bacon on the cooked egg, and the cheese on top of the ham and microwave it one more time for 15 seconds to melt the cheese.
- Place the cooked egg, ham, and cheese between the toasted English muffin and enjoy!
Notes
*You can use any breakfast meat! Just make sure it's fully cooked and only needs to be warmed through for this method.
