Pro Tip: use frozen bananas for a less “bananay”, more creamy shake!
Frozen Bananas help to add creaminess to smoothies! Also, frozen bananas have a little less intense banana flavor! If you don’t mind it, go ahead and use a regular banana and it will be a delicious addition!
