- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 3 cups spinach

- 1/3 cup olive or avocado oil
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 Tablespoons chopped fresh dill
How To Make This Salad
- Toss the cooked orzo pasta, red onion, cherry tomatoes, feta, and pine nuts in a large bowl.
- Stir in the cooked chicken, parsley, basil, and spinach.
