German Pancake Poppers
Everything is cuter when it’s bite-sized. These pancake poppers are so much fun!
And the recipe is so simple and easy to make!
Follow your favorite German pancake recipe; mine is posted below, and instead of baking it in a dish or a skillet, bake them in mini muffin tins!
I like to pour a little drop of melted butter into each muffin hole, allowing the pancakes to puff up on their sides and get nice and golden brown on top!
My mini muffin tin holds 24 cupcakes at a time, and this recipe filled it twice! So, I ended up with 48 German pancake poppers, which is plenty to serve a crowd!
