Fruit Parfait
PREP: Wash and prepare fruit. Cut things like strawberries and bananas into smaller pieces.
LAYER: Layer yogurt, a sprinkle of granola, a few spoonful’s of fruit and repeat until you reach the top of your glass.
REFRIGERATE: Repeat layers one more time and refrigerate until ready to serve.
PRO TIP: Spread each layer so they touch the glass that way you will be able to see all the delicious layers.
Peanut Butter Granola
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- One teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- One teaspoon vanilla
Stir all ingredients together, then spread out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring at the halfway point.

Ingredients
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Parfait Cups
- 4 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup prepared berries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Stir all ingredients together, then spread out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring at the halfway point.
- Cool completely before using.
For the Parfait Cups
- Layer granola, yogurt, and fruit in each cup repeating each layer until you reach the top of the glass.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
