What you need for this Pina Colada Fruit Salad
CREAM OF COCONUT! This cream of coconut is what makes this salad especially delicious! This is what brings the Hawaiian Pina Colada flavor to this salad! It’s a sweetened coconut cream that is used in mixed drinks but it doesn’t contain any alcohol! You can find it at most grocery stores, but if you want, you can shop it on Amazon using the link below!
Make this salad ahead of time!
This recipe is great to throw together when you are in a time crunch! You can also make it ahead of time if you need to! Just mix up the juices together in a bowl and the fruit in another and store in the fridge until you are ready to serve.

You can easily half this recipe to make less or double or triple it to make more! It’s easy, customizable, and quick! If you want, you can change up the fruits that are added! Use what you have on hand if you need to! Other great additions would be grapes, raspberries, marshmallows, pomegranate seeds, or apples!

Pina Colada Fruit Salad
This Pina Colada Fruit Salad is the perfect salad for summer! It has all of the sweet, Hawaiian flavors that everybody loves
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cups pineapple chopped
- 2 cups strawberries sliced
- 2 cups mango cubed
- 4 clementine oranges peeled and sectioned
- 4 bananas sliced
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut more or less to taste
Instructions
- Whisk the cream of coconut and pineapple juice together in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- If serving immediately: Add all of the fruit to a large bowl.
- Add cream of coconut/pineapple mixture and coconut and toss to evenly combine.
- If making ahead: Add all of the fruit to a large bowl EXCEPT bananas. Keep fruit bowl and cream of coconut mixture separate and cover each with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- Before serving, drain any excess liquid from the fruit, then add bananas, coconut and cream of coconut mixture and toss to evenly combine.
Notes
*Cream of coconut is NOT coconut cream. It's a sweetened coconut cream. You can find it with the mixers at your local grocery store. It is a very common ingredient so if you can’t find it then be sure to ask for some help.*Feel free to customize the fruit with your favs!
*You can also use canned or frozen pineapple, canned Mandarin oranges, and frozen mangos if you want to save time and prep! Taste will vary a little but it's still delicious! Allow frozen fruit to thaw before serving.
