What You’ll Need to Make Poppyseed Dressing
Making this dressing is easy! It requires a few simple ingredients and a blender.
You will need:
- canola oil
- red wine vinegar
- sugar
- salt
- dry mustard
- small white onion
- poppyseeds
The sugar gives the sweet flavor and the red wine vinegar gives it a beautiful pink color!
How to Make Poppyseed Strawberry Salad
- 1 pound Spring Mix
- 1/2 Red Onion, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup Feta Cheese
- 1 cup Sliced Strawberries
- 1 cup Candied Pecans
- Poppyseed Dressing- recipe below
- Mix together in a large bowl and toss until the dressing coats the spring mix. Enjoy immediately!

Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 small white onion
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2 teaspoons poppyseeds
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except the poppyseeds to a high-powered blender. Blend for one to two minutes.
- Stir in the poppyseed and store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
