This has become my go-to breakfast the last couple of weeks! I love that it is healthy and tasty. I am not a fan of overnight oats. I don’t like eating them cold and I don’t love the texture. This Protein Oatmeal is delicious! And it keeps you feeling full all morning long! I love it and I think that you will too! Make it with me!

Protein Oatmeal
Yields 1 serving
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup water
1 scoop UMP vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon greek yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
10 almonds
1 teaspoon chia seeds
In a microwave safe dish, add the oats and water. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
When finished, mix in the almond milk and protein powder.
Top the oatmeal with greek yogurt, maple syrup, almonds, and chia seeds.
